Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects at CODVO.AI. In this hybrid role, you will manage end-to-end project lifecycles across cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and AI/ML initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and technical program management will be critical to driving innovation and maintaining our competitive edge in the AI and data engineering space.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across initiation, planning, execution, UAT, release, and hypercare phases, ensuring timely and quality outcomes
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships across technical teams, business units, and external partners; facilitate communication and alignment across all levels
- Own release and environment management, coordinating deployments across on-premises and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), managing dependencies, and minimizing production risks
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively; develop contingency plans and escalation strategies to keep projects on track
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices across teams; coach teams on process improvements, sprint planning, and iterative delivery while maintaining governance standards
- Manage reporting, dashboards, and governance activities; provide stakeholders with transparent visibility into project health, metrics, and KPIs using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting platforms
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand cloud architecture, data pipelines, Kafka implementations, microservices, CI/CD workflows, and AI/ML project requirements
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years managing Agile/Scrum-based projects
- Proven expertise in Scrum Master or Agile Coach roles; strong understanding of Agile frameworks and process optimization
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, risk management, and release management
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools: Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint,Aha
- Experience managing hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure projects
Technical Understanding Required:
- Cloud architecture (Azure/AWS) and hybrid deployment models
- API design, microservices, and distributed systems
- Industrial IoT, plant data, and analytics platforms
- Security, compliance scanning, and DevOps practices
Nice to Have
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Background in time-series data and analytics platforms
