About Codvo.ai
Codvo.ai is a B2B enterprise AI company building intelligent, industry-focused sovereign AI products across a growing portfolio — including Agentic GIS (geospatial AI), NeIO Assistant (conversation intelligence), PIE (Predictive Intelligence Engine), Surgery Scribe, SDAI (Settlement Demand AI), and Digital Recruiter. We help enterprises apply AI to real operational problems, and our marketing team is the engine behind how the market discovers, understands, and adopts these products.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Demand Generation function and own the execution of campaigns that drive enquiries, leads, and pipeline across Codvo’s product portfolio. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is strong in content and messaging, comfortable creating and running lead generation paid and organic campaigns independently, and energized by the pace of a growing startup.
You’ll work closely with the Growth Marketing Head and Product team on campaign planning and prioritization, and with the Demand Generation Head on day-to-day execution — bringing high energy and the ability to turn around quick, quality work across multi-channel campaigns, content, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution — Lead Generation Focus
Independently create, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn (including Conversation Ads), Meta (Facebook), and Instagram, with the primary goal of driving qualified enquiries and leads
Set up and manage supporting campaigns across email, paid search, and paid social
Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and approvals with internal stakeholders and agency/vendor partners
Monitor live campaigns and flag performance issues or optimization opportunities
Content & Messaging
Write and shape strong campaign content and messaging across ads, landing pages, email nurture, and social media
Create presentations (PPT) for campaign proposals, reviews, and internal updates
Use Canva and similar design tools to produce quick-turnaround creative assets
Use Claude and other AI tools to speed up content drafting, campaign ideation, and research
Maintain brand and messaging consistency across all campaign materials
Reporting & Analytics
Track and report on campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, cost-per-lead, conversion rates)
Maintain campaign trackers and dashboards for weekly/monthly reporting
Pull together performance summaries to support optimization decisions
Marketing Operations
Support lead capture, list management, and handoff processes between marketing and sales
Assist with ABM list building and account segmentation for target campaigns
Maintain campaign documentation and playbooks for repeatable execution
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Growth Marketing Head on campaign planning and prioritization
Coordinate with the product team on messaging alignment for each product line
Coordinate with sales on lead handoff and follow-up
Support event and webinar marketing logistics as needed
Required Qualifications
Education
MBA in Marketing or a related discipline preferred, but not mandatory — strong hands-on experience will be considered equally
Experience
5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or demand generation
Proven experience running B2B marketing campaigns (paid and organic)
Prior experience in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or technology industries preferred
Experience in the oil & gas or energy sector is a strong plus
Hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for content drafting, research, or campaign ideation is a plus
Skills
Proven ability to independently create and run lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Instagram, with a strong focus on enquiry/lead generation
Strong in content and messaging — able to write and shape campaign narratives with minimal supervision
Hands-on experience with PPT creation and design tools such as Canva
Practical, hands-on usage of Claude or similar AI tools for content and campaign work
Comfortable working with marketing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, email/marketing automation tools, CRM)
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Analytical mindset — comfortable pulling and interpreting basic campaign performance data
High energy and genuine interest in the work, with the ability to turn around quick, quality output in a fast-paced, growing startup environment
What Success Looks Like
Campaigns launch on time, on budget, and with clean tracking in place
Reporting is timely, accurate, and used to inform next-cycle optimizations
Cross-functional coordination (content, design, sales) runs smoothly with minimal follow-up needed
Growing ownership of campaign types over time, from execution toward independent planning
