Our delivery teams sit close to client engineering and business stakeholders, translating complex technical programs into predictable, well-governed outcomes. Role Summary We are hiring a Project Manager to own delivery of data engineering and AI-native product/engineering programs sponsored by client CTO organizations — platform modernization and AI features embedded directly into products. Key Responsibilities ● Own delivery of CTO-sponsored product and platform engineering programs ● Interface with product engineering leadership, architects, and platform/DevOps teams ● Own release planning and sprint governance across multiple engineering pods ● Manage delivery of AI-native product features — agentification, copilot features, embedded AI ● Track engineering velocity, quality, and technical risk at the program level ● Maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation across workstreams ● Track budget vs. actuals and report variances to leadership ● Own the RAID log (risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies) and drive mitigation ● Manage scope changes through formal change control and impact assessment ● Facilitate sprint/iteration ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retros) where applicable Required Skills ● 10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years managing data engineering/AI delivery ● Experience working directly with enterprise CTO/product engineering organizations ● Familiarity with the software engineering lifecycle, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures ● Experience managing delivery of AI-native product features (LLM integration, agentic workflows) ● PMP certification and an Agile/Scrum certification are an added advantage Non-Negotiables ● Consulting mindset — engages client stakeholders as a trusted advisor, not a scheduler or order-taker ● Can go deep enough into the engineering problem to unblock it, not just track it on a plan ● Fundamentally strong in project management principles — scope, schedule, budget, risk, and governance ● Excellent stakeholder management across technical, business, and executive layers ● PMP and an Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) are an added advantage, not mandatory Location & Work Mode Pune, India preferred; remote (India) considered.
