Role Summary We are hiring a Project Manager to own delivery for Codvo's clients in the gas, energy, and industrial automation space. You will run AI and data engineering programs that sit close to OT/SCADA environments and industrial engineering teams, managing scope, risk, and stakeholders across both IT and OT sides of the client organization. Key Responsibilities ● Own end-to-end delivery of data engineering and AI programs for energy, gas, and industrial automation clients ● Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple concurrent workstreams and delivery pods ● Act as the bridge between OT/engineering stakeholders, client IT leadership, and Codvo delivery teams ● Run governance cadences — steering committees, status reporting, RAID logs, change control ● Coordinate with field engineering, vendors, and subcontractors on industrial deployments ● Ensure delivery aligns with industry-specific safety, security, and regulatory expectations (e.g., OT security, process safety) ● Maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation across workstreams ● Track budget vs. actuals and report variances to leadership ● Own the RAID log (risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies) and drive mitigation ● Manage scope changes through formal change control and impact assessment ● Facilitate sprint/iteration ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retros) where applicable Required Skills ● 10+ years of project management experience, with substantial exposure to gas, energy, or industrial automation ● Working familiarity with SCADA, IIoT, process control systems, and OT/IT convergence ● Experience delivering AI/data engineering solutions in industrial contexts (predictive maintenance, asset performance, energy analytics) ● Track record managing distributed delivery teams and third-party vendors ● PMP certification and an Agile/Scrum certification are an added advantage Non-Negotiables ● Consulting mindset — engages client stakeholders as a trusted advisor, not a scheduler or order-taker ● Can go deep enough into the engineering problem to unblock it, not just track it on a plan ● Fundamentally strong in project management principles — scope, schedule, budget, risk, and governance ● Excellent stakeholder management across technical, business, and executive layers ● PMP and an Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) are an added advantage, not mandatory Location & Work Mode Pune, India preferred; remote (India) considered.
