About Codvo.ai

Codvo.ai helps enterprises apply AI, data and digital engineering to high-value business and operational problems. Our industrial portfolio brings together predictive intelligence, governed agentic AI, data platforms, AI-native product engineering and domain-led transformation solutions for asset-intensive and critical-infrastructure organisations.

We are expanding our presence across Oil and Gas, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Process Industries, Datacenters and other Critical Infrastructure sectors. We are looking for a senior marketing leader who can establish a differentiated industrial market position, create demand for our product and solution portfolio and convert targeted engagement into qualified pipeline.

Why This Role Exists

Codvo.ai has developed a growing portfolio of industrial products, solutions, accelerators and domain propositions. The next priority is to turn these capabilities into a coherent market category, a recognisable industrial brand and repeatable demand-generation programmes.

The Senior Manager of Industrial Product and Solutions Marketing will own the connection between market opportunity, product positioning, industry messaging, campaigns, content, channels and commercial outcomes.

This is not a general communications or campaign-coordination role. The successful candidate must understand complex B2B and industrial buying journeys, create credible narratives for technical and executive audiences, run focused account-based programmes and demonstrate measurable contribution to high-quality MQLs, sales-accepted opportunities and pipeline.

Role Mission

Establish Codvo.ai as a credible industrial AI and digital-engineering partner, generate qualified demand for its industrial product and solution lines and build a repeatable marketing engine that contributes directly to pipeline, growth and strategic-account engagement.

What the Role Owns

  • Industrial brand positioning and market narrative.
  • Product and solution positioning, messaging and launch readiness.
  • Industrial go-to-market campaigns and account-based marketing programmes.
  • The quality, volume and conversion of marketing-qualified leads.
  • Marketing contribution to sales-accepted pipeline and revenue.
  • Industrial content, thought leadership, digital presence, events and partner marketing.
  • Marketing analytics, attribution, budget effectiveness and continuous optimisation.
  • Alignment among Product, Solutioning, Presales, Sales, Partnerships and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Industrial Marketing Strategy and Market Positioning

  • Define and execute the industrial marketing strategy in alignment with Codvo.ai’s business priorities and growth targets.
  • Establish the markets, segments, personas, buyer problems, propositions and channels where Codvo.ai should focus its marketing investment.
  • Build a coherent industrial portfolio narrative across products, solutions, consulting, engineering and partner capabilities.
  • Position Codvo.ai at the intersection of industrial domain knowledge, predictive intelligence, agentic AI, data and digital engineering.
  • Translate industry trends, customer priorities, competitor activity and buying behaviour into actionable marketing programmes.
  • Build annual and quarterly marketing plans with clear objectives, target audiences, investment assumptions and measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Advise the CEO and business leadership on industrial market perception, demand signals, competitive positioning and growth opportunities.

2. Product and Solutions Marketing

  • Own positioning, value propositions, messaging architecture and buyer narratives for all industrial product and solution lines.
  • Translate complex AI, data, industrial and engineering capabilities into clear customer outcomes without relying on unnecessary technical jargon.
  • Develop persona-specific messaging for executive, operations, engineering, reliability, maintenance, digital, technology, data and security stakeholders.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new products, solution packages, industry propositions, accelerators and major capability releases.
  • Define launch objectives, priority audiences, market proof, content requirements, campaign plans, sales readiness and post-launch measures.
  • Work with Product and Solution Strategy to ensure that marketing claims are accurate, differentiated and supported by product capability or evidence.
  • Maintain consistency across websites, brochures, presentations, demonstrations, campaign content, proposals and partner materials.
  • Build competitive narratives that help Codvo.ai establish its right to win without relying on unsubstantiated competitor claims.

3. Demand Generation and Integrated Campaigns

  • Design and execute integrated campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid media, content syndication, webinars, industry communities, events, partners and targeted executive outreach.
  • Develop campaign strategies for defined industrial segments, solution themes, buying groups and stages of the customer journey.
  • Build coordinated programmes covering awareness, engagement, consideration, conversion, nurture and reactivation.
  • Test propositions, subject lines, creative concepts, offers, content formats, calls to action and audience segments using disciplined experimentation.
  • Create relevant conversion offers such as executive briefings, industry assessments, workshops, demonstrations, solution consultations and accelerated pilots.
  • Establish campaign operating rhythms covering planning, execution, lead routing, follow-up, measurement and optimisation.
  • Ensure campaigns generate commercially relevant engagement rather than low-intent response volume.

4. Account-Based Marketing and Strategic Account Engagement

  • Build an account-based marketing programme focused on priority industrial accounts, buying committees and named opportunities.
  • Work with Sales and Presales to select target accounts using industry fit, business triggers, technology context, relationship access and opportunity potential.
  • Develop account-specific insight, propositions, content, outreach sequences and engagement plans.
  • Coordinate one-to-one and one-to-few programmes for strategic accounts, clusters and partner-led opportunities.
  • Support executive roundtables, account workshops, tailored briefings and high-value event engagement.
  • Track account engagement, buying-group coverage, content consumption, meeting creation and pipeline progression.
  • Convert campaign and account intelligence into actionable guidance for Sales and leadership.

5. MQL Quality, Lead Management and Pipeline Contribution

  • Define a clear industrial MQL model covering account fit, persona relevance, engagement strength, demonstrated need and buying intent.
  • Establish shared definitions and service-level agreements with Sales and SDR teams for MQL acceptance, follow-up, rejection and recycling.
  • Focus marketing measurement on lead quality and commercial progression—not MQL volume alone.
  • Monitor conversion from engagement to MQL, MQL to sales acceptance, sales acceptance to opportunity and opportunity to pipeline or revenue.
  • Diagnose lead-quality and conversion problems using campaign, account, channel, persona and sales-feedback data.
  • Improve lead scoring, segmentation, nurturing and routing based on evidence.
  • Build programmes for stalled opportunities, dormant accounts, event follow-up, partner leads and customer expansion.
  • Maintain transparent reporting on sourced and influenced pipeline, conversion, velocity and campaign effectiveness.

6. Industrial Brand and Category Development

  • Build recognition and trust for Codvo.ai within selected industrial sectors and buyer communities.
  • Develop a clear point of view across industrial AI, predictive operations, agentic workflows, asset reliability, data-led operations, IT/OT convergence and AI-native engineering.
  • Create thought-leadership themes that address real industrial problems rather than generic AI commentary.
  • Build market presence through publications, executive content, research, customer stories, industry forums, analyst relationships, roundtables and speaking opportunities.
  • Strengthen the credibility of Codvo.ai executives, product leaders and industrial subject-matter experts as market voices.
  • Ensure that brand expression remains consistent, professional and appropriate for enterprise and industrial audiences.
  • Track brand awareness, engagement within target accounts, share of relevant conversation and market credibility using practical indicators.

7. Content and Marketing Asset Leadership

  • Own the industrial editorial and collateral roadmap across product, solution, industry, persona and customer-journey needs.
  • Develop and govern high-quality assets such as websites, brochures, solution decks, videos, explainers, white papers, industry briefs, blogs, customer stories, FAQs and campaign content.
  • Establish clear content standards covering audience relevance, message hierarchy, evidence, brand consistency, readability and claim governance.
  • Repurpose foundational research and product knowledge into formats appropriate for different channels and buying stages.
  • Build proof-point and case-study programmes in partnership with Customer Success, Delivery and Sales.
  • Ensure content is searchable, reusable, current and easy for customer-facing teams to access.
  • Use AI-enabled marketing tools responsibly to improve productivity without compromising originality, accuracy or brand quality.

8. Sales, Presales and Customer Success Enablement

  • Equip Sales, SDR, Presales, Partners and Customer Success teams with consistent industrial narratives and customer-facing materials.
  • Develop battlecards, persona messaging, outreach templates, campaign follow-up, discovery support, objection handling and competitive guidance.
  • Train customer-facing teams on positioning, product and solution value, campaign intent and expected next actions.
  • Create feedback loops that convert sales objections, customer questions, lost-deal insights and delivery outcomes into improved messaging and campaigns.
  • Support strategic pursuits with account-specific research, executive narratives, proof points and targeted content.
  • Ensure Marketing and Sales operate against shared target accounts, funnel definitions, campaign priorities and pipeline goals.

9. Customer, Partner and Ecosystem Marketing

  • Build customer advocacy through references, testimonials, case studies, peer conversations, events and executive participation.
  • Develop marketing programmes that support customer adoption, expansion and cross-sell across products, sites, asset classes and solution areas.
  • Work with Partnerships to develop joint propositions and campaigns with cloud, data, AI, industrial-platform, automation, OEM and system-integration partners.
  • Plan partner launches, co-marketing, co-selling enablement, webinars, events, marketplace content and account-based programmes.
  • Measure partner-marketing contribution through engagement, meetings, accepted leads, opportunities and influenced pipeline.
  • Ensure every partner activity has a defined audience, proposition, follow-up plan and commercial objective.

10. Marketing Operations, Analytics and Budget Ownership

  • Establish the processes, systems, data and governance required to run a measurable industrial marketing function.
  • Own industrial campaign budgets and allocate investment based on strategic priority, expected contribution and measured return.
  • Build dashboards covering account engagement, campaign performance, lead quality, funnel conversion, pipeline influence, channel effectiveness and cost efficiency.
  • Improve CRM and marketing-automation data quality, campaign taxonomy, attribution and reporting in partnership with Sales Operations.
  • Run regular campaign and funnel reviews with the CEO, Sales and business leadership.
  • Stop, improve or scale programmes based on evidence rather than activity levels.
  • Manage agencies, research partners, content producers, event providers and specialised marketing vendors where required.

11. Team and Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing industrial marketing capability across product marketing, demand generation, content, digital, events and marketing operations.
  • Define clear roles, operating rhythms, quality standards and performance expectations.
  • Work effectively in a matrix with Product, Solution Strategy, Sales, Presales, Delivery, Customer Success, Partnerships, Design and Finance.
  • Develop internal subject-matter experts into effective contributors to content, campaigns, events and customer conversations.
