THE ROLE IN ONE LINE Design and own the governance layer that makes 47 Microsoft Copilot agents answerable, and build the hardest of them yourself.
WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO
- Own the design of five shared components: an agent registry in Dataverse, an autonomy gating service, a hash-chained cognitive audit trail, an evaluation harness that gates promotion, and a grounding service that cites its sources.
- Design the autonomy model: effective autonomy as the minimum of a role ceiling, a risk ceiling and an operating-state ceiling, failing closed on unknown roles, with risk classified on the action rather than the topic. Take it through sign-off with the client's IT and security function.
- Be the design authority across five delivery waves, and set the autonomy ceilings for each new business domain as it comes into scope.
- Build tier C agents yourself. This is a three-person team and the architect writes.
- Run per-wave security review and Purview DLP validation, and the quarterly agent recertification cycle.
- Own the run-book and the handover that leaves the client able to build agent 48 without us.
REQUIRED
- Eight years or more in enterprise Microsoft delivery, with at least three as a solution architect on Power Platform.
- Dataverse data modeling to a level where you can design an append-only, tamper-evident audit schema and defend it.
- Microsoft Entra ID: group to role mapping, conditional access, and the judgment to resolve authorization server-side rather than trusting the client.
- Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels and DLP policy in a real tenant, including where the limits are.
- Power Platform managed environments and an ALM pipeline across development, test and production.
- Working understanding of agent and LLM patterns: retrieval-augmented generation, tool and connector invocation, evaluation sets and thresholds.
- You have designed a permission model from first principles, not only configured one that someone else specified. We will ask you to walk through one.
- Able to travel to Doha for gate reviews, roughly four times across the engagement.
CERTIFICATIONS PL-600 required, or demonstrable equivalent. AB-100 and the Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect Expert path is a strong differentiator. If you do not hold AB-620 we will fund it.

- Energy, LNG, or heavy industry delivery experience.
- Exposure to regulated or audited environments where reconstructing a decision months later was a real requirement.

HOW WE WILL ASSESS YOU A design conversation, not a quiz. We will describe an agent that writes to a register and ask you how you would stop the wrong person triggering it, and how you would prove afterward what happened.
