Job Title: Full Stack Developer – Backend, Frontend & AI Applications Role Overview We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong backend engineering and frontend development skills to build secure, scalable web applications and AI-powered solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience developing APIs, designing databases, creating responsive interfaces, and integrating enterprise systems. Experience with Power Platform and SharePoint is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Develop backend services using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or C#, based on project requirements. Build responsive frontend applications using React, Angular, or Vue, with JavaScript and TypeScript. Design and maintain REST APIs, business logic, data validation, authentication, and authorization. Design database schemas, optimize queries, and manage transactions across relational and NoSQL databases. Implement background jobs, asynchronous processing, caching, and messaging. Integrate frontend applications with backend services, enterprise APIs, and third-party platforms. Develop reusable UI components and implement accessible designs across devices and browsers. Build AI-powered features using LLM APIs, enterprise knowledge retrieval, and agent workflows. Implement automated testing, structured logging, monitoring, and performance optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders throughout requirements analysis, development, deployment, and production support. Required Technical Skills Backend development: Strong proficiency in at least one backend stack, such as Node.js with Express or NestJS, Python with FastAPI or Django, Java with Spring Boot, or C# with ASP.NET Core. Frontend development: Strong experience with React, Angular, or Vue; JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Frontend engineering: Component-based architecture, state management, routing, form validation, responsive design, and accessibility. API development: REST, JSON, HTTP, pagination, API versioning, documentation, and secure integrations. Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL; database design, indexing, query optimization, and transaction management. Security: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, role-based access control, and secure handling of credentials. Architecture: Modular application design, separation of concerns, dependency injection, and asynchronous programming. Testing: Backend unit and integration testing, frontend component testing, and end-to-end testing. Development practices: Git, code reviews, debugging, technical documentation, and CI/CD workflows. AI Development Skills Experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or other LLM APIs into web applications. Understanding of prompt design, structured outputs, tool calling, and AI workflow orchestration. Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector search. Ability to evaluate AI response quality and implement appropriate data protection and access controls. Preferred Technologies and Experience Backend: Redis, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka. Data platforms: MongoDB and vector search platforms. Cloud and deployment: Azure or AWS, Docker, and CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Frontend tooling: Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or comparable frameworks and libraries. AI frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel. Microsoft integrations: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph API, and Copilot Studio. Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architecture, and production monitoring.
