Must Have • 4 to 7 years of experience in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning, including deploying production-grade solutions. • Strong Python skills with experience in pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and PyTorch or TensorFlow. • Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, RAG solutions, and Agentic AI workflows. • Experience developing and orchestrating agents using LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks. • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale data in lakehouse environments. • Experience with Databricks, including MLflow, Model Serving, Vector Search, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog. • Understanding prompt engineering, tool calling, agent memory, evaluation, and AI guardrails. • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders. Nice-to-Have • Experience developing multi-agent systems, copilots, or autonomous workflow solutions. • Familiarity with Databricks Mosaic AI, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs. • Experience with vector knowledge graph integrations. • Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, OpenShift AI, or Kubeflow-based AI platforms. • Industrial, energy, manufacturing, or oil & gas domain experience. • Databricks Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Data Scientist certifications. • Experience implementing Responsible AI, governance, security, and human-in-the-loop controls for enterprise AI applications.
