Job Description :

**Lead project planning and execution using Scrum frameworks, defining sprints, managing backlogs, and ensuring timely delivery of infrastructure projects

**Manage stakeholder communicationby conducting regular status meetings, providing progress reports, and addressing concerns from clients and internal teams

**Oversee infrastructure initiative with hands-on experience in AWS Redshift environments, ensuring optimal performance and resource allocation

Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, DevOps engineers, and QA specialists to align on project goals and timelines

**Monitor project metrics and KPIs such as velocity, burn-down rates, and resource utilization to identify risks and implement corrective actions

**Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to maintain team productivity and continuous improvement

**Manage project documentation including requirements, design specifications, and deployment plans while maintaining compliance with organizational standards

**Identify and mitigate risks proactively, developing contingency plans and escalating blockers to ensure project success
Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in IT/Infrastructure environments

Proven expertise in Scrum and Agile project management methodologies

Hands-on experience managing infrastructure projects, preferably with AWS services (Redshift experience is a plus)

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and infrastructure deployment processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Experience working with Oil and Gas or Industrial clients is preferred
