Principal Agentic AI

About the Role We are looking for a Principal Agentic AI Developer who is passionate about building production-grade AI systems and solving complex real-world problems. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced product environments, takes end-to-end ownership, and enjoys building intelligent systems from the ground up. You will play a key role in shaping our Agentic AI platform NeIO built around RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) while developing AI applications across domains such as GIS, Healthcare, Document Intelligence, and other enterprise use cases. What You'll Do • Lead and own the design and development of our next-generation Agentic AI platform and AI-powered full stack applications. • Build production-ready AI agents using modern LLM frameworks, orchestration tools, and RAG architectures. • Architect scalable AI systems serving multiple domains and multi-tenant applications. • Design retrieval pipelines, vector databases, and agent workflows. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams. • Mentor engineers while remaining hands-on in coding. What We're Looking For • 2+ years of software engineering experience with minimum 2 years experience of Agentic AI. • Strong product engineering background preferred. • Hands-on expertise in Python, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, LangGraph/LangChain/LlamaIndex, vector DB or similar. • Experience in training models is high desired. • Experience with vector databases, cloud platforms, APIs (FAST + REST), microservices. • Exposure to GIS, Healthcare, Document Intelligence, Voice recognition, NLP is desirable. • Ownership mindset, problem-solving attitude, curiosity, and continuous learning. • Must to have is AI driven SDLC and specs driven software development.
