Role Overview
CODVO.AI is seeking two experienced Salesforce Developers and Administrators to join our Engineering team in a hybrid role supporting our critical Workforce solution. In this position, you will be responsible for the daily management, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of our Salesforce platform, ensuring system stability and supporting essential workforce operations. This 12-month contract engagement offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects while collaborating with a dynamic team in a hybrid work environment.
What You'll Do
- Design and configure Salesforce forms, field-level security, and validation rules to meet business requirements and ensure data integrity
- Develop and maintain APEX code to extend Salesforce functionality, including custom business logic, integrations, and automation
- Optimize database performance by writing efficient SOQL queries, managing cross-table relationships, and implementing query best practices
- Manage user profiles and service accounts, including access controls, permissions, and security configurations across the platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and system errors in a timely manner to maintain platform stability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workforce needs, and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide clear status reporting and documentation of changes, configurations, and development work
- Support system maintenance through regular updates, patches, and proactive monitoring to ensure optimal performance
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience with Salesforce administration and development
- Demonstrated expertise in APEX development and SOQL query optimization
- Proven experience designing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce forms and field-level security
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce user profile management and access controls
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver work on schedule
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (2 days on-site in Oklahoma City, 3 days remote)
- Availability for a 12-month contract engagement with potential extension
Compliance Requirements:
- Must be able to work with moderate data sensitivity information
- Employer must maintain $5M Cyber Insurance coverage (proof of Certificate of Insurance required)
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Advanced Developer)
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and modern UI frameworks
- Knowledge of Salesforce security best practices and compliance standards
- Experience with workforce management or HR-related Salesforce implementations
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations
- Background in agile development methodologies
