We are looking for an enthusiastic Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer with 4-5 years of experience.
In this role, you will create engaging eLearning content using existing documents, presentations, and other learning materials. You should be comfortable working independently and turning source content into interactive learning experiences.
Responsibilities
Develop eLearning courses from existing documentation and learning materials. Create interactive content, quizzes, videos, and learning modules. Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate and easy to understand. Review and update learning content based on feedback. Follow instructional design best practices to create effective learning experiences. Required Skills
2-4 years of experience in Instructional Design or eLearning Development. Good understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning concepts. Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and Camtasia. Strong written communication and attention to detail. Ability to create learning content independently from existing documentation. Preferred Skills
Experience with tools such as Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools. Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM standards. Exposure to AI-powered content creation tools is a plus. Location & Work Mode
