Role Overview
As a V&V (Verification & Validation) Consultant at CODVO.AI, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of our AI-driven solutions. You'll work collaboratively with engineering teams to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, validate system performance, and identify potential risks before deployment. Your expertise will directly impact the robustness and trustworthiness of our products in production environments.
What You'll Do
- Develop and Execute Test Plans: Create detailed verification and validation strategies, test cases, and protocols aligned with project requirements and industry standards
- Conduct System Testing: Perform functional, performance, integration, and regression testing across AI/ML systems and software applications to ensure quality standards are met
- Validate AI Model Performance: Assess model accuracy, reliability, and behavior under various conditions; document findings and recommend improvements
- Document Findings: Prepare comprehensive test reports, defect logs, and validation documentation with clear recommendations for remediation
- Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Work closely with developers, data scientists, and product managers to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
- Ensure Compliance: Verify adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality policies; maintain audit trails and compliance documentation
- Identify and Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify potential system vulnerabilities, edge cases, and failure modes; recommend preventive measures
- Support Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-deployment monitoring, gather feedback, and contribute to iterative enhancements of testing methodologies
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in verification, validation, quality assurance, or testing roles
- Strong understanding of V&V methodologies, test design principles, and quality assurance best practices
- Proficiency with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, pytest, or equivalent)
- Experience with test automation and scripting (Python, Java, or similar languages)
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing phases
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Nice to Have
- Experience testing AI/ML systems or data-driven applications
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.)
- Familiarity with API testing and REST/GraphQL protocols
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Certification in QA or testing (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.)
- Background in compliance testing or regulated industries
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
